2. What data do we collect?
We collect personal data when you:
- Fill in the contact form on our website
- Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email
- Apply for a vacancy or send an open application
- Request the deployment of operators as a client
The data we may process includes: name, company name, address, email address, phone number, details from your application (such as CV, work experience and certificates) and the message you send us.
3. What do we use your data for?
- To answer your question or request
- To assess your application and discuss it with you
- To organise the deployment of operators on projects
- To perform an agreement with you and to invoice
4. Retention period
We do not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Contact details are deleted no later than 2 years after the last contact, unless there is an ongoing agreement. Application data is kept until 4 weeks after the procedure has been completed, or up to 1 year if you give us permission to do so. For accounting and invoicing, the statutory retention period of 7 years applies.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your personal data with third parties, unless this is necessary to perform our agreement with you (for example a client where you are deployed as an operator, or a training provider) or to comply with a legal obligation.

Our website only uses technically necessary cookies. We do not place any tracking or marketing cookies.

You have the right to:

- Have your personal data corrected
- Have your personal data deleted
- Object to the processing
- File a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)

8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or theft. Our website uses an SSL certificate for a secure connection.
